I'm looking for someone to help me with my recent study.

My study was focused on the determination of kinetics parameters (Growth rate, Lag time, and Generation time ) of bacterial growth (Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes) under different factors (concentration of essential oils and temperature of incubation). For this, I followed the model of Gompertz (see the attached file), but I don't know How I can extract the value of A, B, and M from the growth curve to calculate these parameters.

I have the results for the growth curves presenting the rate of Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes in log CFU/ml. For more information, you can contact me.
