I would use Vogel-Fulcher-Tammann equation and get the Tv (vogel temperature) which is also the ideal glass transition temperature, but in my case, the relaxation related to glass transition does not follow this equation, but Arrhenius one.
The deviation from the Arrhenius picture is usually visible in the neighborhood of the Tg. What is the system you are studying? What is the temperature and frequency? Could you attach data?
