Learning Management System (LMS) should make learning interactive means allowing two way flow of information between computer and learners. Blackboard Learn provides user-friendly, powerful, easy-to-use systems for educational instruction, communication and assessment. The course team uploads information, including the module content, multi-media study content, assessment results, announcements, etc., in the Blackboard for the learners. The Botho University Blackboard team works efficiently and year by year the number of learners using Blackboard increases. This research is an attempt to present Blackboard user experience and a way forward to maximize the number of users. This research will give some tips related to the views of the learners for the course team to improvise the educational instruction used in the blackboard. The end result will benefit the Botho University distance learners in terms of user experience and make the content usable.
