and what is competency for professor in high education in other words what does contained for necessary elements (knowedge, skills; values, self image, motivation)?
which are behavioral indicator, and techincal indicator for the best perform university professor?

Thank you Mr Osama Rahil , doesn't publication concered as tangible part of knowldge & skills? what about values (like empathy........), motivation, self imgae; isn't necessary for professor, and how we can measure it ?
I believe the most important standard of measuring a teachers` performance is ethics. Other standards or factors, such as, publication, knowledge, commitment, etc.. are also very important.
1- Inventions, discoveries, prizes and thanks
2- Publications
3- Participations to the scientific and other societies
4- Morals and behaviors
5- Participations to conferences, workshop, seminars
1- Experience and Knowledge
2- Teaching ethics
3- Fluent communication with students
1. Ability to communicate and impact knowledge
2. Mentoring of colleagues academically
3. Research and publications in relevant field
