I'm looking for a dataset coming from Data Centers about Hardware Failures. Does anyone know of such datasets? I've seen the Google traces, and the others, but they don't contain hardware failures.
Bianca Schroeder and Garth A. Gibson moderate the Computer Failure Data Repository from USENIX https://www.usenix.org/cfdr
A couple of publications have been written based on that repository but the most recent data is from 2009.

You may want to have a look to SNIA repository: http://iotta.snia.org/
These datasets are all related to storage, mostly hard drives. I'm not sure what kind of hardware failures are you looking for.
