I am a MSc student in Data Science. As a part of my course, I have to pursue a Thesis of 60 credits towards my Degree.
I intend to do a 6 months research in Multiple Sclerosis. Please help me out with some ideas for a problem statement and where I could possibly find datasets to pursue my research.

the majority of mass spectrometry based research publishes its datasets at http://proteomecentral.proteomexchange.org/cgi/GetDataset. There you can find large datasets referring to specific papers. You will find raw files, mzid, mgf or dat files as well as well as excel result files.
