In my questionnaire, there are 3 parts.
Part A: Demographic Info
Part B: Relationship b/w Remuneration factors and job performance
Part C: Relationship b/w remuneration factors and organizational commitment.
Basically, my questions (items) in part A & B have two variables in it (eg. My salary matches my job performance). So, how can I do my data analysis using SPSS? Which method should I use?

Though I am not able to capture all essence of your question what you mean. However, I suggest you to go for many options.
You may choose basic descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis and also go for testing depending upon the issue.
You may go for logistic regression with job performance (if it is yes or no) vs the salary amount, job type, duration of job, qualification for job etc.

You can use some reliable and validated instruments for your study rather than generating by yourself. You can find scales related to your variables in HRM papers.
Though the specific tests that should be used can be inferred only after a look at your questionnaire (as I have not clearly understood from your question) you can either go for a test of association or causation (b/w your two variables) or you can have statements about the relationship b/w the two variables & ask your respondents to state their degree of agreement with each variable using a Likert scale from 'Strongly disagree' to 'Strongly agree'. You can then assign a score to these responses & analyse them (factor analysis, coefficient of concordance, etc.)
Assuming your dependent variable is continuous {ratio level} then you can do either correlation between Job Performance and remuneration, and or multiple linear regression.
Same thing you can do with organizational commitment.
The assumptions of MLR should be examined first.
