Amount of DAP required to make 1g P per liter = 132.06/30.974= 4.26 g If u dissolve 4.26 g in 1 L deionized water, it will be 1000 ppm solution of P and if 0.426g DAP is dissolved in deionized water and volume is made to 1 L, it will give u 100 ppm solution of P.
