One way is to mix your material with a few microliters of nafion (solution) and ethanol, drip it on a solid glassy carbon electrode and wait for the mixture to dry and it can already be used as an electrode.

Another way is to make a paste with graphite and nujol oil and fill an empty space of an electrode, add your material in the surface layer of the electrode and you can use in aqueous medium without problem

This was really useful for my application.
