Curious. Are there others whom have shared quality publications and interacted actively with this site, yet - their scores never change?

There are few areas on this site for researchers to exchange perspectives, apart from the forum for asking and answering questions. Therefore, I post this question to you here - I am curious about your experiences with Researchgate, as it is a forum that could change the way in which our work is measures and our impact is calculated. I find there to be little transparency and that the "support" around questions or concerns is not sufficiently robust. My interest is in improving this site.
