is it possible, to identify Adult- or Pediatric-CNS-Tumors only by a CSF-molecular examination?

is there any actual tumor-markers in CSF, which we can dictate, in order to come to a diagnosis in term of CNS-Tumors? If yes, could we also thereby differentiate a primary tumor from its recurrence?
