I am currently writing my master thesis, using PLS-SEM and the UTAUT model to study the intention towards using a help desk ticket system in a company.

I am assessing my measurement model and are evaluating the internal consistency reliability. My intention construct has very high values of metrics. Chronbachs alpha is 0,93, composite reliability is 0,96 (above 0,95 so showing item redundancy), while consistent reliability coefficient is 0,94.

I am trying to decide if I should delete items or not, since composite reliability is above the threshold, while consistent reliability coefficient is not. Depending on what I do, is has some significant impact on my patch coefficients.

Any suggestions on what to do?
