It's no need to come everyday for 4 hours rather 8hrs for 3 days will minimize the transport cost too.
Including 03 hours of commuting makes, it 11 hrs work. Not healthy. 06 hrs work and 3 hrs commuting balance work, life and society. This also checks unethical practice of engaging at 02 jobs at a time or frustration due to idling on work days.
