In a primary school I am working with they are starting to use a new approach to teaching EFL. One of the aspects we want to look at is how this change affects the motivation of teachers. Would anybody know of a questionnaire or other tool that we could use for this? Thank you!

Also, it would appear that motivaton, enthusiasm and job satisfaction are related constructs. Make sure to not fall victim to the "jingle-jangle fallacy" (i. e. meaning to measure one concept while actually measuring something else).

According to your requirements, you should design your own learners' feedback questionnaire and a teacher's classroom observation checklist. These research instruments can help to collect valid and reliable data for the purpose.
