Could you please help me to complete the semi circle of EIS data?

I have taken this type of data using AC Impedance technique by CHI Electrochemical workstation

My problem is that i can not complete fitting the semi circle by using ZMAN And Zview software.??

any instruction or suggestion for fitting EIS data please????

Dear Barman,

Looks like your frequency range is small, having a diffusional component. Don't worry, just expand the frequency ranges. For example, start at 100 kHz and finish at 10 mHz. Also you can modulate the number of points per frequency decade. Try ten points per decade.
