Anyone care to spare a thought on the idea that gravity has a magnetic-like component that is it's inverse (cosmological constant). I think the number zero is a purely human creation, and should be regarded as our latest step in evolution into the realm of intelligent life.

From a physics point of view, I think you mean an absolute zero property.
No zero temperature is possible (as absolute temperature in Kelvin), no zero energy is possible (as absolute energy since the vibration in the lattice still has some energy involved), maybe no zero mass (debate on the mass of a photon still open)...
But I do not think of zero as a problem. Further zero is extremely useful to compare equalities, A=B means A-B=0.
It is true that experimentally measuring a value of zero is very difficult. There are always going to be experimental errors and so you will never get 0 on your meter. You have to then examine these errors and what you can end up saying is the value of whatever is 0 plus or minus your errors. You can then say that the theoretical expected value of zero is supported by the experiment up to these errors. If these errors are small enough you should be fine.
The trouble is that experimentally one maybe able to show something is very very small, but never show that it is exactly zero. For example, everyone thinks that the photon is massless, that is mass = 0kg. The theoretical reasons are clear. However, the best that can be done experimentally is place an upper limit on the mass. This limit reflects the experimental and statistical errors in any equipment and set up.
Physics is not only about gravity. Sometimes it s about counting objects, say photons or atoms. What is wrong in sentence: water molecule contains zero carbon atoms?
(except for poor English, of course).
But, maybe, you want to clearly distinguish integer zero from real zero? Well, what's wrong then with the formula s(t) = a + v*(t-t0) (the position of a travelling body moving with fixed velocity v, at time t)? Is there any problem with calculating this position at t-t0=0.0? I don't see a good reason why it should be 'prohibited'.
I agree, the invention of the number zero was a great achievement in human history, but certainly not the last one. How about chirality, only about 150 years old?
The number "0" is an indispensable element to perform certain mathematical operations. It is also an indispensable element to define certain results of physics just to mention an example of a scientific discipline that need the use of mathematics to interpret many physical phenomena. As a result the number "0" should not be a problem for physics.

Consider the case v=t^2-t ,where the velocity of the moving particle is zero twice one at the initial point and one at t=1,and these points decide whent the velocities were positive and negative.which in another words talks a lot about the nature of the motion of the moving particle.so it is impossible to get rid of zero in physics. Positive and negative of any quantity is only understood with the existence of zero
