i am reading the works of collusion in organizations. taking Tirole(1986) as a start point, i am try my best to understand the theory of collusion. I wonder if there are any good papers reviewing the recent advancement of collusion theory in organizations. Thank you!

Yimin, "organizations" can include everything from firms to governments attempting to control some aspect of markets or policies in local to international contexts. It would thus help if you can specify what organizations you are most interested in as well as the type of collusion.
For instance, at the local government level, collusion has been found to deal with national-level directives in the PRC. See the attached link.
