My research is about finding out what certain people think about a certain business model. My aim is to provide new information for the inventors of that model. Because of practical problems, I'm using a questionnaire instead of interviews. This questionnaire has close- and open-ended questions.

Even though I get both qualitative and quantitative data from my questionnaire, I still think the qualitative information is more important since the main research question is 'what do *** think about this ** model?'.

Could someone please help me with this? None of the qualitative research designs sound right and if I use quantitative research design like survey design I'm afraid that is wrong because of the qualitative nature of this research..
