While not directly building on pragmatism as such, I think that for aesthetics the work of Antonio Strati would be a very good starting point. In the context of learning and experience, I'd recommend his 2007 paper. He has also written quite extensively about aesthetics in organizations more generally that you should definitely check out.

But what I mean would be the first half of Hatch (2012) on Dewey's aesthetics and the last half of Barry & Rerup (2006) linking aesthetics with organisation design.
But I think this just doesn't exist (yet).
