The Louis-Babel Ecological Reserve is located on the René-Levasseur Island, which is part of the Manicouagan Impact Structure Area. I'm not aware of any publication pertaining exclusively to the Louis-Babel Ecological Reserve in term of geology, but there are a few key publications about the Manicouagan area that could certainly be of interest to you since the Ecological Reserve is situated inside.
