Well you can try khan academy course. Its available at youtube, hence totally free of cost. Just subscribe and you will keep getting updates too. I did it starting from lecture 1 and found very elaborate and helpful, specially to clear the basic concepts.
Another good statistics video maker is startreck. Try it for little advanced statistics such as logistic regression etc.
You can use COURSERA. It has many courses on descriptive and inferential statistics.
You can check at the nptel website, there are several courses available on inferential statistics , both at introductory and advanced level.
