I have installed the software BRUKER Flexanalysis 3.4 on my computer successfully. But when I tried to import the MS data produced by BRUKER MALDI-TOF-MS, I met with an error described in the attached figure, I would be very grateful if anyone professional can help me solve this problem. Many thanks in advance!
Specifically the message indicates that the file input process cannot process the supplied data file.
Most likely causes ( non-domain specific)
1) File is wrong structural format or not supposed to be imported into this program. Line endings ?
2) File is corrupt, truncated or otherwise broken,
3) The data values provided are out of range for the input process. Could be character values or number formats.
4) The program versions are not compatible to pass data between.
