Traditional searchable encryption has been widely studied in the context of cryptography. Could anyone present some information, survey about the public key encryption with keyword search applied to cloud computing?

Regarding cloud computing we are implementing a protocol but it will take some time to publish it. However, I can keep you up to date..
This is a good paper that presents complete and comprehensive overview of the two main searchable encryption techniques: searchable symmetric encryption and public key encryption with keyword search. Also, from my side, currently, we are proposing a detection scheme based on searchable with proxy re-encryption for vehicular peer-to-peer social network.

As I know, fully homomorphic encryption schemes are promising in this area. Their implementation is limited now due to high computational complexity.
