I am PhD candidate and now I am starting to research in trust area that i think my first research will be about trust transitivity in e-commerce context, actually i have read around more than 50 papers in this area and i can understand concepts but my problem is how to do, how to implement, how to use tools or something like that to work in this research area.
Could anyone point me to direct way? You may suggest me some papers, some books or some ideas about research in this area.

Actually I have some ideas but my problem is lack of experience in this research area because this is my new research area, i have been worked in ontology based knowledge base, recommender system, web technology, software engineering but my Prof suggested me this trust research area and i think i can adapt my knowledge into it but still now i am still confused what i should do. My ideas are
1) Using ontology based knowledge as pre-defined knowledge maybe like privacy to evaluate trustworthiness.
2) Trust transitivity in e-commerce context. I want to make trust transitivity mechanism for e-commerce context but my problem is methodology, i am still stuck in this stage.
