Suspected that it is a telutosori with telutospores in the infected plant (Host)

Pycniospores in Pycnidia?

Thank you Michael, Krishnendu and Somashekara for your suggestions. Other colleagues think it might be a sporangium of Azollaceae, Salviniaceae or Isoetes. Any views on this?
