I would like to know which is the share cost of the heat recovery steam generator within a combined cycle gas turbine

I think, perhaps, his share is 1/5. The cost of a combined system depends on the features the basic such as the GT, ST, HRSG, condenser, cooling system, WTP, control-monitoring systems, fuel type, ... Generally, with the same fuel and configuration, costs for combined systems per kilowatt of capacity decrease as size increases.
