Correlation between interlaminar fracture toughness (G2C, ENF) and bending strength

Is there any correlation between strain release rate in mode II with the ENF mode and the bending strength?

Background: I used a fiber-reinforced composite and modified the matrix. Bending strength / bending modulus is on the same level, G1C is rising (also K1C of the resin without fibers), but G2C is decreasing. I just want to check if this behaviour seems valid.
