An Online Anonymous Survey/Recruitment Materials
Hello, everyone! My name is Musa Adamou, and I am a doctoral candidate at the National University. Currently, I am conducting an online survey through SurveyMonkey that focuses on assessing the performance of Cloud Service Providers (CSP). To take part in this study;
1. Age: You must be 22 years old and older.
2. Professional Role: You must be actively engaged as a Cloud Service Provider (CSP), Cloud Service Consumer (CSC), or in any cloud computing related field.
3. Experience: You must have a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in cloud computing or a directly related field.
4. Project Involvement: You have demonstrated participation in cloud services initiatives or projects (e.g., deployment, management, integration, or evaluation of cloud services).
5. Language: You must be proficient in English to ensure accurate comprehension and response to the survey instrument.
The survey is anonymous and has 50 questions and will take about 30-40 minutes to complete and will ask questions about your beliefs and perspectives pertaining to:
1. MCSPPI Capability to Reduce erroneous Outcomes in CSP performance’s evaluation.
2. Operations Research (OR) Significance in Benchmarking Capabilities in MCSPPI framework.
3. Malmquist Index (MI) measure to CSP productivity compared to other methods.
4. DEA Efficiency Scores as Essential Tool in MCSPPI framework.
5. MCSPPI Capability to Enhance CSP Evaluation Precision compared to conventional assessment methods.
Your responses will remain confidential, and no identifying information will be collected or shared. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time. If you choose to take part and later decide to withdraw, you can easily do this by closing your browser window or reaching out to the research team to remove your data. There will be no adverse effects for opting out of the study, and you are not required to give any reason for your choice. Your independence and comfort are prioritized during the entire research process.
