Does anyone know of a Likert based questionnaire that focuses on either existing social media platforms or learning management systems? I am aware of the TAM and TAM2 questionnaires, but they don't really cover my needs. Thanks in advance!
A very interesting question. Nevertheless, I suggest you searching the TAM scales on the Web of Science database and checking the literature citing the top papers in this field.
I used the hierarchy-of-effect model for most of my research on social media (refer to my RG profile for examples of the articles), but I have attached a summative questionnaire of my research on Gen Z and Gen Y (simply change the age categories) for your interest!.
