Dear Researchers,
I am excited to invite professionals from various fields to collaboratively author a research paper on the profound concept of knowledge. This endeavor seeks to unite diverse perspectives to produce a preprint that will be shared on ResearchGate and, if possible, submitted for publication in an open-access peer-reviewed journal.
While I hold a Master’s degree and not a PhD, I am embracing this intellectual challenge to step beyond my academic comfort zone and lead a scholarly project with a team of coauthors.
Project Description
Objective:
The goal is to author a research paper that meaningfully contributes to the study of knowledge, exploring its multifaceted nature through interdisciplinary perspectives, historico-cultural contexts, philosophical insights, and other field-specific approaches.
Participant Criteria
To foster a diverse team, I welcome professionals from various fields and academic backgrounds, including:
• Master’s degree holders, PhD holders, professors, and experts in their domains.
• A willingness to work asynchronously and collaborate effectively on the project.
Participants are encouraged to join regardless of their disciplinary background, as the concept of knowledge invites various perspectives and insights.
Key Information
• Research focus: The exact research questions and project structure will be finalized by the beginning of the program.
• Publication goals: All contributors will be acknowledged as coauthors in the final preprint.
• Team size: 3–4 participants, including myself.
• Format: Fully asynchronous, offering flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
• Nature of the project: This is an independent initiative, not affiliated with any institution or university.
Contributors’ Roles
Participants will actively contribute to the development of the paper, including drafting, and revising sections. The workload will be divided equally among all participants, including myself, with each person contributing approximately 5-7 pages. The final paper will be around 20 pages, depending on the number of contributors.
This project is led by Amalya Sukiasyan who uses assistive technologies (e.g., screen-reading software such as NonVisual Desktop Access - NVDA) for full accessibility due to her blindness. She is committed to ensuring a smooth and collaborative experience for all participants. As the coordinator, she will take the lead in starting and managing the project while also contributing and coauthoring alongside other participants.
Deadline to sign up: 23 December 2024
