I need some classes information about aggregate caractérization (types: cement, sand and gravel).
The characterization that I'm asking about: geometric characterization, physical and chemical characterization.
I need more specifically, a book or standard paper.
The following book (chapter on Normal Aggregate) may be very helpful:

1) Physical characterization (based on density): lightweight aggregates, normal weight aggregates, heavyweight aggregates. 2)Type (based on type of aggregate):natural gravel from a river bed, natural sand; crushed(e.g. crushed marble, crushed coral limestone, crushed sand, e.t.c). 3) Shape (based on particle shape): e.g. round, irregular, angular, flaky. 4) Texture(based on surface texture): e.g. smooth, granular, rough, crystalline, honeycombed
