I found a chapter on shodhganga while looking for Indian perspectives on National Security. I have found it very resourceful and would like to cite it in my write-up. However, the PDF or website has no information on the author or the book of this chapter.I am pasting the link here. I tried emailing shodhganga but did not receive a response. This has been an adventure. Based on my experience with theses writing and the use of either essay farms or students struggling last minute to write... this APPEARS to be a piece parsed together from 4 books or more. All epubs or obscure books.
It reminds me of what my students would turn in that would AMAZE me until I hit google.
Check out the screenshot. I would paste sections into Google with "quotes" and this happened multiple times in just that chapter.
