Hey All!
I am new to VASP. I want to perform MD calculations for my system. But I am confused about the choice of temperature for my calculations. Initially, I chose TEBEG=TEND, but then I read about simulating annealing, for which we have to start from high temperature and then decrease the temperature slowly. Again at some other site, I read that we should not take different temperatures while doing MD calculations for finding data sets for any system. So, please suggest what should I took for temperature tags, i.e., same or different initial and final temperatures for generating different data sets .? It would be very helpful. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
