In MATLAB\R2009b\toolbox\nnet\nncustom found template_transfer.m

There is instruction how to write your function. Rename this file to your function name. For example "myfunction.m".

This file I put in documents\MATLAB (this is my working directory)

Then in program I write:

p = rbf';% my input data

t = YT'; % my targets

nsk1 = 3; % number of first hidden layer neuron

nsk2 = 2; % number of second hidden layer neuron

% I use my transfer function "myfunction" for first ant second layer.

% I use transfer function "purelin" for output layer

net = newff(p,t,[nsk1,nsk2],{'myfunction','myfunction','purelin'});

net.trainParam.epochs = 50;

net = train(net,p,t);

I'm using Matlab R2009. There is file template_transfer.m. I write down my function in this file and rename it. This file I put in my working directory and then change function name.

About this you can read in matlab help typing "custom function"

I figured out what was my problem. I had a problem in "boiler_transfer" that was placed in "template_transfer.m". I completed it using the "purelin" file and then I followed your intructions. Finally it led to attached image.
