Cases of occupier countries opeating universities on occupied territories?

I am trying to put together a list of cases where occupiers open and operate a university on the occupied territory, similar to the case of Ariel University. Any examples you can think of? Thank you!

I imagine China must be operating at least one university in Tibet. Also, if you look at the ICOW dataset you should find a list of disputed territories. You could easily check for universities run by occupiers in each of these disputed territories.
