I am trying to make a project with word embedding. However, the first step is to extract word features from passages. Thus I need to apply word2vec into my material. As I am a student in statistics, I just master java and python. Can you give me some links about word2vec in java or python? Thank you very much!

I'm not aware of something for Java though.
Apache spark has libraries for that. It's kind of killing a roach with a tank though. You can search in github for open source implementations.
May be you can explore these templates from prediction.io site. They are implemented in scala and scala runs on jvm. You can easily use APIs into your java code.
