I am reviewing various studies. Most of them are based on a qualitative methodology (e.g. Delphi, Forecasting, Interviews and such). Now I am looking for the best way to summarize/analyze them.
Can you recommend a suitable method?

The terms you are looking for are "systematic qualitative review" and "qualitative meta-synthesis." There is a large literature on these techniques, but one of the best known sources is:
Sandelowski, M., & Barroso, M. (2007). Handbook for synthesizing qualitative research. New York: Springer.

I think you can use of different Data Mining software. Evan you can do a semantic analyse. Protege can help you to do this analyse.
Booth (2016) has a classification of systematic reviews that I have found very useful. There are other methods he didn’t include, but I find his table to be well developed and a good guide If you are not sure exactly which method matches your ideas.

I am most familiar with the book mentioned above by Sandelowski and Barroso. Additionally, Sandelowski has written other articles on the topic as well.
