@ Prof. Nitin Gupta - submitted to Journal of Engineering Science and Technology Review - after an year of that questioned asked. It is still under review....waiting eagerly for first round result.
Last year I tried with IEEE ACCESS and EURASIP Journal for wireless communication then testing my luck with JESTR.
Yes thats why i was interesting to know. IEEE Access and EURISP journal generally dont take interest in a review article. You could have tried some magzine like IEEE Communication magzine etc..
Thank You Sir, for your kind suggestion. When I asked the question it was in high pressure time of completing Ph.D., same month an other journal was accepted that cleared my publication hurdles and cleared my Ph.D.
