I have not got the knowledge to complete your questionnaire, but wonder if people might be more likely to be involved if you indicated in your question what the subject matter is.

At the moment, no-one is going to read the question and think 'I know about that!'

For example, if there was a questionnaire asking about nursing in the latter part of the 20th century, it would excite me immediately and I would be completing it with gusto, as I trained as a school leaver in 1971, at Guy's Hospital, (as it was known then) in London. And after training, I worked where I had grown up, in nursing / research until I retired in 2012!

So - just give an idea to the readership who it is you want to involve and no doubt there will be those with the necessary knowledge feeling delighted to be able to assist.
