Dear RG Colleagues,
Can you help me to identify this desert species? It has the same pods as Asclepias spp. but does not have the same leaves morphology.
Thank you for your contribution
Abdenour
Interesting question. I'm following
Dear Abdenour,
It is difficult to identify a plant without flowers and fruits. So please post flowers/fruits for quick and correct identification of the plant.
It may be Pergularia tomentosa of family Apocynaceae.
Good luck
Thank you very much dear Arvind,
same morphology (pods, leaves, stem) as Pergularia tomentosa.
Please follow the below given link for detail information on Pergularia tomentosa L.

Dear Abdenour ,
Yes, think Pergularia tomentosa of family Apocynaceae.
By their fruits ye shall know them. Where is this beautiful desert plant growing?
Dear Amy,
In Algeria. I want to try some germination test. If you want, we can work together.
Have you checked the Flora of Algeria?
