I am not sure you can use Matpower to calculate LOLP, EENS etc. You have to use the the right tool/software to calculate that. One of them is GE-MARS, which is a commercial software so you have to pay for it. There might be other FREE softwares that can calculate LOLP, LOLE, EENS, etc.

Since above Datashet is in Persian. I suggest you tu use software NEPLAN or DIgSILENT for relability analysis. Of course they are commercial but you can as for demo or student versions.
Better use DIgSILENT or NEPLAN software and use reliability module
