I searched on classification details of diatoms available on internet, but could not find details of this diatom. I am working on diatoms recovered from drowned bodies in forensic casework and comparing those with drowning media.
Without having better images to work with, I'd guess either a member of Epithemia or Rhopolodia.
Most species level identification is done by cleaning the material in say 30% H2O2 for an hour and after rinsing, mounting on a glass slide with a high refracting mounting media like Naphrax or Hyrax.
The diatoms in your images are in girdle view, one of the hardest angles to identify a diatom from. If you can get higher magnification images, and possible jostle the slide to get some to lay in valve view, we could maybe help you out a bit better.
