Hatchling lizards are often difficult to identify but I think that this is a variable bloodsucker, Calotes versicolor.
Not easy to determine, indeed. I think it could be Calotes rouxii, though. But again - I'm not 100% sure.

Yes, from the shape and coloration (those of the lateral side of head in particular), this seems to be a juvenile Calotes versicolor.
I think that is Calotes versicolor.. that looks same with C. versicolor from Indonesia.. This species is widely distributed in Asia..
