I am presently focusing on utilizing Delphi research methodology to suggest the following:
1. Define clergy leadership effectiveness within the Assembly of God denmination &/or Pentecostal/charismatic pastoral leaders.
2. Develop specific competency models for clergy leadership.
3. Develop specific human resource management means for clergy.
