The debate right now is about to find the links between the innovation and economy performance, study and measure the effectiveness of the entrepreneurship programs to reduce unemployment, and definitely there was few studies examine the youth unemployment rate and the impact of financial crises. What attracts me most is the titles link the Knowledge based economy and other economic performance or growth. For example; direct effects of investment in knowledge based economy on innovation performance. I believe that there is a big room for suggestions can be targeting the governments in MENA region in regards of considering the knowledge-related policies for accelerating transition.

As far as I remember, you were voting for the “The impact of attracting the foreign investment on the unemployment”, however, this is wouldn’t be knowledge based economy. After all, I feel that my research question could be one of the followings:

Despite that I have listed too many question, but I could use five knowledge economy components for all: employment, education, innovation, ICT, and human capital.
