I have published an article entitled "Effective Strategies for Increasing Citation Frequency" which is compromised over 33 different ways for increasing the citation impact. I would like to find other ethical approach to improve a paper citation counts.

Since I work on the intersection of mathematics (logics) with computer science, and there are no nobel prizes in either area we can only dream of wining the turing award.
There are some good tips here! I'd like to try #14 but that may prove difficult :)
