My wondering is about is it right way if I apply the relationships for H1 and H2 using SPSS (ex. pearson correlation) , while apply the effect relation for H3 for the same variables by using SEM-pls as the following :
H1: There is a significant relationship between IV1 and DV among high school students.
H2: There is a significant relationship between IV2 and DV among high school students.
H3: The effect of IV1 and IV2 on DV among high school students.
H3a: IV1 positively effects on DV among high school students.
H3b: IV12 positively effects on DV among high school students.

Assuming that both the IVs & DV are metric variables, for H1 & H2 Pearson 'r' be applied as mentioned using SPSS.
For H3, Step-up Regression analysis using SPSS can be employed which will give u the individual effects of IVs on DV as well as their conjoint effect.
U can use PLS-SEM also to find whether one IV variable serves as moderator/mediator between the DV n the other IV.
You can use PLS, but it seems there is no complicated model on H3. Thus, through the regression or pls you will get the similar results.
