If it posses band gap means it has some insulating properties at RT. You can try to make some composites with graphene or any electrical conducting material. This can take care of the conductivity

Definitely, you can employ some conducting polymer to improve the capacitance of MoS2, such as PANI, PPy, etc. MoS2 is a substitute of graphene.
