Can we use moderation analysis for dichotomous variables?

Let's say I have five variables and all of them are categorical by nature. Can I carry out a moderation analysis using these variables, where two of them would be dependent and independent variables, respectively and the other three would be the moderators?

Yes, you can use binary variables in moderation analysis, for example, by using logistic regression analysis or path analysis with a logit link function for the DVs.
