The question you ask has a deep philosophical content, I discuss it with my students when I deal with the issue of mode of production, the first thing to do is change the living conditions of marginalized sectors because poverty is the cause and consequence of the ecological crisis where climate change is one of its most visible signs. If we do not change the current forms of production, the participation of all the members of the communities in that process and their forms of distribution can make many proposals, but the situation will continue, you will not be able to change the vulnerability of these groups. It is a cause-effect relationship of essence and phenomenon. You are a philosopher, we both know that until the causes of a phenomenon do not disappear, they will continue to maintain their forms of manifestation, until the forms of social exclusion in which these sectors live will continue to maintain the forms of vulnerability of these groups. I am not talking about social revolution, at all, I am talking about the change in the current conditions of existence of these communities, I am not talking about revolution, to make it easier I speak of evolution, although that is not the solution. I can also give ideas on how to solve this problem, but that would be patches and not the solution to the problem.
